Customers who wish to cancel their subscription with Edubee may do so at any time, with no financial penalty. As Edubee is billed monthly, in advance, customers will be entitled to continue using the service until their billing period ends.
Edubee is a Software as a Service application, so can be accessed anywhere you have an Internet connection. By providing Edubee as a service we enable customers to save time and money, not having to purchase expensive IT infrastructure to host the solution themselves.
As the software is delivered online, once your organization becomes a customer of ours you have the ability to set-up as many users, across as many locations as you like. Users in multiple offices then have the ability to access a centralized system.
Absolutely! We offer a “Lite” version at no cost to customers. There are however limitations to the number of Students who can be entered into the system.
Due to the nature of the service, it can be accessed immediately after you sign-up!
