Am I required to enter into a contract?

When signing up to use Edubee you are required to agree to our Terms of Use within a rolling contract. Edubee do not impose a minimum contract term, rather we simply bill our customers monthly, in advance.

Service Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel their subscription with Edubee may do so at any time, with no financial penalty. As Edubee is billed monthly, in advance, customers will be entitled to continue using the service until their billing period ends.

How do I access Edubee?

Edubee is a Software as a Service application, so can be accessed anywhere you have an Internet connection. By providing Edubee as a service we enable customers to save time and money, not having to purchase expensive IT infrastructure to host the solution themselves.

We have multiple offices, how will licensing work for us?

As the software is delivered online, once your organization becomes a customer of ours you have the ability to set-up as many users, across as many locations as you like. Users in multiple offices then have the ability to access a centralized system.

Are we able to demo the platform before signing up?

Absolutely! We offer a “Lite” version at no cost to customers. There are however limitations to the number of Students who can be entered into the system.

How long does it take to set-up the software for us?

Due to the nature of the service, it can be accessed immediately after you sign-up!

Is our data safe?

Edubee takes our customers data security seriously. We use a multi-layered approach to protect that key information and continually improve our application, systems, and processes to meet the growing demands and challenges of security. We also implement a robust disaster recovery, and back-up system ensuring your data is safe.
